TeAM is a provider of training program management services, instructional services and technical support services for government and educational institutions. TeAM applies methodologies and processes based on Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), and Lean Six Sigma best practices.
TeAM is an International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:20015 and 20000-1:2011 certified company. Our training staff apply Educational Community accepted methodologies, such as Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and Systems Approach to Training (SAT) as well as the ADDIE model in Defense training programs. We utilize automated support tools, such as Interactive Courseware Implementation System (ICIS), Go2Training, Blackboard and QuestionMark.
Our training approaches are as varied as the needs of our customers. We combine traditional and alternative methods offering a variety of learning modalities. We provide Instructor-led Training (ILT), typically in a lecture format or classroom setting. Traditional ILT allows real-time feedback, questions and answers, and hands-on labs. We also provide Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT), leveraging the latest virtual technologies to extend training beyond the classroom. We offer e-Learning/Web-based Training (WBT) for anywhere, anytime instruction delivered over the internet or corporate intranet. We meet the challenges and schedules of large institutions by providing the flexibility of online learning combined with traditional learning methodologies.
TeAM’s Blended Learning solutions include an appropriate mix of subject matter expert trainer ILT and web technologies that ensure investments made in Training have a positive impact within the organization. We utilize Mentored Learning to aid and sustain student performance providing access to subject matter experts for additional support or follow-up coaching. TeAM is advancing Mobile Learning (mLearning) through our participation in the Advanced Technology Monitoring and Transition Support program (DHA contract) which has the potential of offering greater training accessibility and flexibility via mobile devices. TeAM also provides Cloud-based Training Solutions incorporating video development and interactive content for e-Learning courses.
