January 11, 2018, Technology, Automation and Management (TeAM) Inc. is proud to announced that we have successfully been registered as an International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 company.
On December 22, 2017 TeAM completed an audit and received a “Recommendation for Registration”. This recommendation would upgrade our current 9001:2008 ISO Standards certification for Quality Management to the newer ISO 9001:2015 Standards. Additionally, on December 22, 2017 we completed the audit and received a “Recommendation for Registration” to add ISO/International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) 20000-1:2011 Standards for internal Information Technology (IT) activities. This standard will ensure the quality of our internal IT services is consistent. Maintaining both ISO standards are just one part of TeAM’s commitment to provide quality, best value services and support to our customers.
